幅広いカテゴリーにわたってビデオゲームを表彰するセレモニー「The Game Awards」の2022年版が、12月8日に開催される。すでに発売済みのゲームを対象に、Game of the Year(年間最優秀ゲーム)、Best Game Direction(最優秀ゲームディレクション)、Best Narrative(最優秀物語)など30以上のカテゴリーで賞を授与するだけでなく、今後発売予定の新作ゲームの発表の場としても知られているイベントだ。
